Every EKORA watch is crafted with precision and inspected before dispatch.

Warranty

All EKORA watches come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement or mechanism from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• strap ageing or colour changes

• damage due to misuse, water ingress, or accidents

• scratches on case, glass, or strap after use

Exchange

We offer replacement / exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

• the product is received damaged

• there is a manufacturing defect

• a wrong product is delivered

An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (COD orders via UPI/bank transfer).

Packaging & Transit

 • Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
 • The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
 • Please note that EKORA cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.

Note:
Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Thanks to our expertise, your watch will require very little day-to-day care.

You can help preserve its lustre by cleaning it occasionally with a microfibre cloth.
YourEkora watch is a precision instrument and contains delicate components.

Do not operate the crown when the watch is wet.
Do not immerse the watch under water.
The watch must not be used in swimming or sauna.
The watch must not be used under heavy rain.
