Warranty & Exchange
• Every EKORA watch undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
• All EKORA watches are backed by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, mechanism, or workmanship.
• In the event of a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period, the watch will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is required, EKORA will provide it free of charge.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, strap ageing, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, or scratches caused after use.
• Replacement or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered.
• An unboxing video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for any damage or defect claims.
• Refunds are issued only when a replacement or exchange is not possible.
• Watches sent for warranty service must be returned in their original box or secure protective packaging. EKORA is not responsible for transit damage caused by improper packaging.
• Minor colour variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.
