Every EKORA watch is crafted with precision and inspected before dispatch.

Warranty

​

All EKORA watches come with a 12-months warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement or mechanism from the date of delivery.

​

• The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Strap ageing or colour changes

• Damage due to misuse, water ingress, or accidents

• Scratches on case, glass, or strap after use

​​​We offer replacement / exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

​

1. The product is received damaged

2. There is a manufacturing defect

3. A wrong product is delivered

​

An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

​

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (COD orders via UPI/bank transfer).

Packaging & Transit

​

 • Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
• The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
• Please note that EKORA cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.

Note:
Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
